INTERVIEW CONFIDENCE COACHING is specifically focused on preparing you for an employment or podcast interview.
If you know you can do the job – you have the skills, the experience or maybe just that something extra that you KNOW an employer (or podcaster) needs – but you tend to fumble when it comes to the actual interview, I can help you. (See below for some of my interview tips and resources.)
Preparing for an interview is absolutely critical as it enables you to feel confident while you present yourself in a succinct, professional manner. The more you prepare, the more you’ll be able to think clearly, remain present, and keep those nerves at bay regardless of which questions you get asked. You’ll be able to tell them everything you need them to know about you, while still remaining likable. As we practice together, I’ll help you know what sounds good and will work in your favor – and what doesn’t – all while making sure you keep your unique voice. With this stuff out of the way ahead of time, you’ll be able to walk in more clear-headed and confidently know when you’ve hit your marks even while you’re still in the interview room!
Depending on the package you choose, our time will be spent focusing on:
Common interview questions and YOUR best responses
1-2 Mock Interviews
Asking the Interviewer(s) questions / Conversational flow
Your strengths and weaknesses (vital to any/all interviews)
Resume consultation / BIO creation (even if you already have the interview, this is still important)
Initial phone calls/emails to employer (or podcaster)
Researching the company (or podcast)
Professional Image: Attire, Attitude and Body Language
Discussing Salary (for employment)
Any other related topics that pertain to your situation: Panel Interviews, 2nd Interviews, following-up afterwards, the benefits of temping, etc.
If you know you have a big interview coming up and you’re dreading preparing – coach with me. I’ll take the lead and walk you through any heavy-lifting – and we’ll even have fun! I love this stuff! :-)
These are my "The Works" packages. During our time we will go deep into reviewing all elements of an interview (podcast or employment), while focusing on your specific areas of concern. Sessions are most often conducted via Zoom video chat.

When I started out as an Interview Skills Coach in 2013, I was focused on helping job-seekers prepare for employment interviews. Over time I realized that for most people, the real work of interview-prep went much deeper than learning how to describe their strengths and answer interview questions. Most of my clients were hesitant in being able to describe the real, awesome version of who they are.
“I don’t like talking about myself.”
“I don’t want to sound like I’m bragging.”
“What if I’m not really as good as I think I am?”
All the while, it was blatantly obvious to me most people just weren’t able to see themselves clearly.
They didn’t truly know who they are and therefore own it! They didn’t know that it’s okay to embrace the full awesomeness of who they are AND still be humble. AND still be a good person. AND still be someone that gives and is led by their heart.
As I earned my ICF coaching credential, I wasn’t ready to stop learning how I can best serve these awesome people. I went on to also become a certified Law of Attraction Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, Infinite Possibilities Trainer, host a podcast, and more.
Fear of being judged and not accepted for who they truly are
Anxiety of not doing something "right"
Unknowingly believing they need permission to be their authentic self
Getting stuck with one foot in the "safe" parts of their future and one foot in the "safe" parts of their past (talk about an unstable foundation)
Not knowing how to fully love themselves or what limiting beliefs are creating roadblocks
It takes courage, confidence and clarity to be able to truly embrace who you are and know how amazing you have always been ~ because once you do, you'll realize there's nothing you can't accomplish. BUT - you are more than what you do. Your perfection is in your imperfection; and your special sauce is in your ability to be both authentic and grounded in how you express yourself.
If you aren't able to embrace your strengths; appreciate your imperfections; express yourself authentically; or to even know what feeling grounded means ... it's possible there's some form of limiting belief or stuck energy within you that's preventing you from being able to experience the truth of who you are.
This is where I come in.
Whether you're preparing for an interview or desiring everyday self-confidence, your strongest foundation for lasting success will always be built from the inside out. There’s no getting around that; there’s only going through it.
My mission is to facilitate your healing journey and empowerment in knowing who you are, feeling whole and grounded in your own authentic alignment, so you can feel, speak, be and live more fulfilled and free.
